To help protect our home and ensure a positive experience for all guests, a security deposit is required before check-in.
The security deposit is intended to cover excessive cleaning, property damage, missing items, violations of house rules, unauthorized guests, smoking inside the home, or any other costs incurred as a result of a guest's stay. A detailed inventory is maintained for this home.
The property will be inspected after checkout. If no damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or policy violations are found, the security deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days of departure.
If damages or additional charges are identified, the cost of repairs, replacement, or additional services will be deducted from the security deposit. Documentation, including photographs and receipts when applicable, will be provided upon request.
Normal wear and tear is not considered damage and will not result in deductions from the security deposit.
