Nestled in a peaceful HOA neighborhood on beautiful Lake Keowee, our charming 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is the perfect destination for families, couples, and small groups looking to enjoy all that the area has to offer. Located just a short walk from the lake, guests have access to a variety of private neighborhood amenities, including a day-use boat ramp, day-use dock area, playground, grass volleyball court with a full-size net, picnic tables, charcoal grills, and a covered pavilion that is ideal for gathering with family and friends.

The home comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is thoughtfully designed to provide both comfort and convenience. The main-floor master bedroom features a queen bed and a private bathroom located just off the room. Upstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms, one furnished with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. These bedrooms share a full bathroom and provide plenty of space for families or groups traveling together. Also located upstairs is a cozy reading and relaxation nook, complete with a collection of books and a massage chair pad, offering the perfect place to unwind after a day spent on the lake.
